I appreciate that there is no robot answering the phone. Either they pick up or they don’t if they are busy with other customers (if you leave a voicemail they will get back to you so fast your head will spin.) I was so worried that I’d mess up or not know what to do, but they literally guided me every step of the way, even making sure that I wouldn’t forget the smallest replaceable item! I’d also get friendly calls or texts to check on me that were sincere, friendly, and really put me at ease. Every question gets answered, results are immediate (I never had to wait more than 24 hours, most times just an hour or less!) I just can’t say enough!"
