"very unprofessional and I do not recommend first off while doing business there, my name is Elvin and while waiting for Rick in his office his employee Liz referred to me as Alvin and the chipmunks I found that to be offensives and unprofessional. Strike 1, Strike 2, mind you I am a plumber I know little about bonds and such and Rick being the so called professional sent me out the door with a bond with no bond number on it and it just keeps going down hill from there. So if you are looking for that insurance agent that will belittle you and not give you the proper documents you need then Rick's your guy. I will be taking my business elsewhere"
